Well-being is a complex combination of your physical, mental, emotional & social health, all being in balance & nurtured. It could also be described as how you feel about yourself & your life…

Every aspect of your life influences your state of well-being. Feeling out of balance? Not well?

·        Have a laugh

·        Making the most of your job, finding joy & meaning

·        Eating wholesome & nutritious foods

·        Doing regular exercise can be an instant well-being booster

·        Having a nutritionally balanced diet

·        Getting enough quality sleep

·        Having a positive outlook, even when things are difficult, look for hope

·        Setting yourself goals & achieving them

·        Living in the moment, being optimistic & aiming to find small pleasures & a little joy in each day
