Mango, broccoli, miso, pea and mint salad. Ingredients š

Big handful of tenderstem broccoli
Eadame beans and peas
Mango
Fresh basil
Fresh mint
75g peanuts

Dressing:
Two tbsp peanut butter
Two tbsp miso
Two tbsp sriracha
I lime
tbsp of water
salt and pepper.

Cook the veg, drain water and pop in a big bowl.
Add all the dressing ingredients together whisk up and add to your veg.
Slice your mango.
Put your veg and dressing in your bowl, add your mango then your fresh basil and mint.
You can add a few chilli flakes to spice it up.

ā When you workout and exercise regularly, what you eat and the timings become important to performance, energy levels and recovery.

ā If you add specific goals on top of that formula e.g weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain then the formula needs to be different.

ā Then if you take into account your special dietary needs {if any} age, height, what kind of exercise you are doing, when and for how long etc then another layer of considerations needs to be factored in.
