Take a 5 min stretch and stress relief break with me...

Feel calmer, reduce your stress levels and tension...

🟡 Breathe in and out deeply 1O times.

Fill your lungs with your breathe and exhale slowly....

.

🟡 Move your head slowly from side to side feel the stretches in your neck.

Maybe roll your shoulders backwards and forwards 1O times too.

.

🟡 Lift your finger tips up towards your ears and turn from the right to the left side. Feel the stretch through your spine and back.

.
