Mentally I have to keep my mind from galloping off track & leading me astray! BUT...I'm starting to feel a little stronger & a huge part of that is down to you...

My stairs feel like Scafell Pike! Physical recovery is tough & I’m giving it my best efforts daily. Mentally I have to keep my mind from galloping off track & leading me astray! (that’s harder).

.

I want you to know that you are a huge motivation on my journey back to full physical & mental strength, fitness & agility.

.

I feel your encouragement & positive support. Your messages keep me proactive,, accountable & focused THANK YOU.

.

Today

  • Big personal lessons -recovery is proactive, 100% my responsibility, needs energy & a plan to implement. It isn’t linear, requires patience & constant positive input to mind & body, alongside a ton of mental processing.

  •  I can do the stairs by myself with crutches (which has given me a lot more independence).

  • My taste, smell & ability to hear/listen clearly are returning

  • I’ve created alternative end narratives to my recurring nightmares/dreams which are helping immensely

  • I’m doing all my own functional rehab exercises 3 times a day & ready to start ‘loading’ them a little more this coming week.

.

I’m feeling a bit more positive today.

.

Enjoy having a little move about for me (& you)  thank you

.

Love Tracy x
