WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THIS NEW CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS?
5 Core Stations every week plus a new feature station each week e.g trampoline, skipping, ladder, calisthenics
1. Battle Ropes- aerobic fitness, upper body & core strength
2. Indoor Cycling- aerobic fitness & fat burning
3. Strength Training – full body strength & conditioning using barbells & dumbbells
4. Fit Ball- core & abdominal toning
5. Resistance Bands- glute & leg toning

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. You get a full exercise demonstration
2. You spend 60 seconds on each exercise
3. You have 15 seconds recovery whilst you move to the next station
4. As you perform your exercises you will be given guidance on technique so you get the best results!
5. It’s sociable but you are working on your own
